Evergreen Pointe House

    Evergreen Pointe is a new development in Vancouver with views out to the Columbia River. The design revolves around a courtyard built into a green roof located on the second floor. The massing of the house steps up the hill and protects the courtyard. Completed 2015.

  • Portfolio
    The house was designed prior to the construction of the surrounding homes. Site modeling was used establish our view corridors with assumptions on the neighbors masssing. The orientation of the house and courtyard were then designed to maximize the views out while maintaining privacy and capturing daylight.
